Refund and Exchange Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. However, Ludus offers optional Refund Protection insurance (8% surcharge of your total purchase) which would refund your purchase under certain circumstances.
If we are forced to cancel or reschedule a performance due to an “act of god”, we will offer tickets to a different performance. If we are forced to cancel or reschedule a performance for any other reason, we will offer either refunds or tickets to a different performance as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Machickanee Players). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
