Usher
The Usher is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patrons attending performances at the theatre. The Usher will take tickets, escort patrons to their seats, and assist with cleaning and maintaining the theatre during intermissions and after the show.
House Manager
The house manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the play house before, during, and after each performance. Prior to the show, they arrive early to unlock entrances, turn on lights, check supplies, and prepare the venue for the arriving cast, crew, and audience members. Throughout the evening, the house manager assists the bartender and ushers, helps handle any situations that may arise, and serves as a point of contact for the public. During intermission, they adjust the heating, coordinate with the director regarding any necessary changes, and ensure the restrooms and dining areas are clean and well-maintained. After the show concludes, the house manager oversees the cleanup process, ensures all garbage is removed, turns off the lights, and securely locks the entrances before leaving the premises.
Box Office
The Box Office staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficient ticket sales and check-in processes for patrons attending performances at the theatre. They will sell tickets, check in patrons, answer inquiries, and resolve any ticket-related issues. During intermission, the Box Office staff will assist the concessions team in selling refreshments and snacks to ensure patrons have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit to the theatre.
Host
The Theatre Host is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for patrons attending performances at the theatre. The Host will interact with patrons, sell raffle tickets, and gather feedback on their experience to ensure a positive and memorable visit.
Concessions
The Concessions staff is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to patrons while selling a variety of refreshments and snacks during performances at the theatre. They will engage with patrons, make recommendations, and process sales transactions to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests. The Concessions team plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to the overall satisfaction of theatre patrons.
Server
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to patrons during our Sunday Pie Show days, engaging with guests while selling a variety of delicious pies. They will make recommendations, process sales transactions, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. In addition to selling pies, the Server will assist with bussing tables and cleanup during intermissions and after the show, working collaboratively with other theatre staff to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The Server plays a crucial role in creating a memorable and satisfying experience for our Sunday Pie Show patrons.
